We typically start box deliveries 2-3 weeks before the official move-out dates for Texas Tech dorms. Reach out via email if you'd like to schedule a specific delivery window.

We generally recommend 10–15 boxes for traditional dorms, such as Hulen or Chitwood, and 15–20 boxes for suite-style dorms, such as Talkington. If you have extra boxes or need more, we can either provide a refund for unused boxes or deliver additional ones, respectively.

Absolutely. We use a secure, climate-controlled facility in Lubbock with 24/7 surveillance. Your items are protected from the West Texas heat and dust.

We specialize in box storage and small items (mini-fridges, microwaves, etc.). For large furniture items like couches or mattresses, please contact us for a custom quote.

No problem! You can sign up now to reserve your space and provide your new Lubbock address later in the summer. We just need it at least 30 days before your requested delivery date.
